Enrolling Your Child at TurraTots

Bookings are essential and can be made on a REGULAR OR CASUAL basis.

Regular (Permanent) bookings can be made for the calendar year.

The number of days per week that you can book will be based on availability – up to three days can be booked with additional days upon request.

CASUAL BOOKINGS CAN ONLY BE MADE  TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE OR ON THE DAY REQUIRED (dependent upon availability). 

Casual Bookings & Fee Schedule

You may book a morning session (8.30 am to 12 noon), an afternoon session (12.30pm to 3.30 pm) or a complete day (8.30 am to 3.30 pm)

PLEASE NOTE THAT AFTERNOON SESSIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR 0-2 ROOM.

Casual bookings can be made in person or by phone from 8.30 am on the day required, depending on availability, or up to two weeks ahead.

Extra hours may be booked by ringing on the day required.

Additional care and/or extensions to the morning sessions are offered subject to availability and at the Director’s discretion. Please discuss your child care requirements with the staff.

Annual Registration Fee per Family                                            $50

Cancellation Fee after  8.15 am – charged on the next booking $10

No-show – charged on the next booking                                    $10

Regular Bookings & Fee Schedule

Regular (Permanent) bookings are available only for a complete day, not just a morning or afternoon session. The regular rate is based on hourly rate of $13.50. Once allocated, regular bookings are guaranteed for the calendar year, with fees paid quarterly in advance.

Additional care is offered subject to availability and at the Director’s discretion. Please discuss your child care requirements with the staff.

Regular Place Daily Fee (7 hours) 8.30am – 3.30pm   $94.50

Regular Place Daily Fee (6.5 hours) 9am – 3.30pm     $87.75

Term fee calculations are based on the number of visits made in a term and the current regular daily rate (either 8.30am or 9am start)

If you are new to TurraTots and are using up to three weeks of casual visits for your child to become accustomed to the Centre, then your number of visits would be reduced by up to three when you decide to become a regular booking. Similarly, if you become a regular booking part-way through a term then the fee is reduced accordingly.

Please remember that TurraTots is open during NSW public school holidays, excluding the Christmas–New Year break.

Fee Payments & Fee Schedule
Casual fees are paid on the day of the booking via EFTPOS.

Regular (Permanent)  fees may be paid direct credit (bank transfer) or EFTPOS. Accounts must remain in credit to retain a child’s booking so please pay promptly.
