Outside Play

Our recently upgraded playground, provides endless opportunities for exploration and investigation in the sandpit and gardens. The raised garden bed is tended to by the children each day as they water and watch the plants grow. The natural sandstone and balance beams allow the children to test and develop their skills. The stage is a focal point for dramatic play, singing and performances, whilst the bamboo garden allows the children to weave in and out.

Thank you to Ku-ring-gai Council for the Small Equipment Grant which we used to purchase gardening equipment (above) for the raised garden bed.

Turratots is a SunSmart Centre and follows the guidelines for Outdoor play.
